Are the products original?
We assure you that we only deal with original products and are not in the copy trade. If you ever have any issue with the originality of the product, please let us know and we will exchange the product with an additional of 4 products of your liking.

How are the prices so cheap?
We here at The Discount Store do a lot of wholesale across India. We apply the same wholesale prices to our products on the site. We source all our products from brands at large quantities at massively discounted prices and offer them to you at minimal margins to make them brands affordable to all.

Why such deep discounts?
When we source our products, we do not get them with the whole size set. Meaning that in one pattern of a shoe, we do not get all the sizes from 6-12. We might just get one pattern in a size 8 and will not have the other sizes (6, 7, 9, 10 etc.). Hence, we get them at super discounted prices from the source and are able to offer them at super discounted prices to you.

Yes, we currently offer cash on delivery facility to over 25000 pin codes in India.

Yes, we have 4 retail stores in Bangalore and are growing rapidly. Below are the locations of the stores.

What if the size is not right?
We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery. If you have any sizing issue, just reach out to us and we will accept the product back no questions asked. For more details you can visit our returns, refund, and replacement page to know more.

Why am I getting charged for delivery?
We charge a delivery fee of Rs. 100, only on orders below Rs. 750, for deliveries outside of Bangalore It does not become cost effective if you order a shoe for Rs. 350  and my shipping cost is Rs. 250 on the order.

How many days to deliver my order?
Depending on where you are located it might take anywhere between 2 to 4 days for the product to get delivered to your delivery address.

How do I know what size to order?
The sizes that we refer to are the UK/Indian sizes. On the product page the Euro sizes is also mentioned in the description for your reference.

Are larger sizes available?
We currently have up to size 13. We will keep updating stock at regular intervals.

Where is my order?
You can check your order status in the My Accounts page. Please allow up to 3 business days for shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number on it. All correspondence from us will go through the email that you used when you ordered, so please check that email’s inbox and spam folder.

What if I need to change my order?
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change your order after it is placed (e.g.  we cannot change size, shipping address or combine multiple orders).

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, payments through razorpay and cash on delivery as well.

What if my items are damaged or defective?
We work hard to bring you great quality, but we know we are not perfect. If you ever receive a damaged or defective item, please let us know at within 7 days of receipt of your order and we will exchange it at no extra costs or shipping.

Can I return or exchange shoes received as a gift?
We can only offer returns if the shoes were purchased from our online store. You will receive store credit for the current selling price. Store credit for gift returns does not include return shipping fees.

When will I receive my refund?
Please allow up to 7 business days after your return order has been received by our warehouse for your refund to be processed. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

What if I forgot to include my return packing slip?
The return packing slip is important as it notifies us who to refund. If you have forgotten to include this slip, please let us know at
